The follow-up to "Reading the Qur'an: first steps". The first rules of tajwid: noon sakinah and tanwin (izhar, idgham, iqlab, ikhfa), meem sakinah, ghunnah, the basics of madd, qalqalah, heavy and light letters, then practice on short surahs.
